The Catalan Tourist Board/ Agència Catalana de Turisme (CTB/ACT), lead partner of Regenera4MED, is opening a call for the contracting of a specialized provider in regenerative tourism, capacity-building, and participatory facilitation. The selected organization will support the implementation of activity “Capability Building 8-Helix stakeholders” in the project’s pilot destination, L’Escala (Catalunya), by designing and delivering training sessions based on the Regenerative Tourism Programme developed under the Regenera4MED project.
Assignment overview
The service includes:
· Designing, delivering and documenting up to 5 capacity-building sessions.
· Facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement in both pilot destinations.
· Producing one final report summarizing methodology, outcomes, and recommendations, in Catalan and English.
Required expertise: regenerative tourism, participatory methodologies, and multi-actor facilitation.
