Within the Interreg Euro-MED project Regenera4MED, the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR), through its Intermediterranean Commission (CPMR-IMC), is opening a call for the contracting of an experienced audiovisual service provider. The selected provider will be responsible for the production of a short, public-facing 1-minute video presenting the project’s objectives and activities. The video will be developed using audiovisual materials provided by CPMR, project partners, and the service provider; no new filming is required. The contract is expected to run from 12 January 2026 to 16 February 2026.
The profile of the applicants must comply with the following criteria
- Proven expertise in video editing, visual storytelling, and motion graphics.
- Experience working with mixed audiovisual material (existing footage, photos, infographics, text animations).
- Familiarity with EU-funded project communication and EU visibility rules (asset).
- Capacity to deliver English open captions +.srt subtitle files in English, French, Italian, Croatian, Catalan, Greek and Slovenian (translated script be provided by CPMR).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in integrating stock footage or graphic elements while ensuring copyright compliance.
- Capacity to deliver editable project files if later required.
Main tasks to be performed
- Use the video script provided by CPMR; no scriptwriting is required.
- Review all existing materials and the CPMR-provided script, along with audiovisual materials from project partners.
- Select and integrate relevant audiovisual assets, primarily using partner-provided footage and photos.
- Supplement visuals, where necessary, with the provider’s own copyright-cleared stock footage, graphic elements, or animations, ensuring stylistic coherence.
- Produce a maximum 1-minute video combining footage, photos, animations, text and basic infographics.
- Apply colour correction and basic audio mixing to ensure overall coherence.
- Ensure full compliance with Interreg Euro-MED branding and EU visibility requirements.
- Integrate English open captions and produce a separate .srt subtitle files in French, Italian, Croatian, Spanish, Greek and Slovenian
- Incorporate up to two rounds of revisions following CPMR feedback.
- Ensure all assets used (including music or stock footage) are copyright-cleared for unlimited usage.
Outputs of this assignment
- Final video (max. 1:00 minute) delivered in .mp4 and .mov, HD.
- English open-caption version.
- Produce a separate .srt subtitle files in French, Italian, Croatian, Spanish, Greek and Slovenian
- Intro/outro slate with Regenera4MED logo, Interreg Euro-MED logo, EU emblem and funding statement, and partner logos.
- Short note listing all used materials (partner-provided and licensed stock assets).
- Transfer of all intellectual property rights to CPMR/Regenera4MED for unlimited use.
- Editable project files if requested.
