Regenera4MED Launches a Call for a Co-Ideation and Facilitation Service Provider

The Agència Catalana de Turisme (ACT), lead partner of Regenera4MED, has opened a call for the contracting of a specialized service provider to support the design, organization, facilitation, and documentation of a cycle of co-ideation workshops on regenerative tourism.

The selected organization will be responsible for implementing the activity “Co-Ideation Experiences” within the framework of the Regenera4MED project, in the pilot destination of L’Escala (Catalunya). This activity is part of Work Package 2, “Testing the Regenera4MED Blueprint”, and aims to translate the shared purpose and strategic lines previously identified into concrete and actionable regenerative tourism experiences for the territory.

 

 

Assignment overview

 

The service includes:

  • Planning, organizing, facilitating, and documenting co-creation workshops with local multi-actor stakeholders in L’Escala that lead to the idea creation of Regenerative Tourism Experiences in l’Escala.
  • Designing the workshop agenda and methodologies in alignment with the Regenerative Tourism Programme, including the use of tools such as the Regenerative Spiral, Tetrads, and Inner Triad.
  • Leading participatory and transformative processes capable of managing complexity, emergence, and deep collaboration among local actors.
  • Coordinating closely with ACT, the local pilot group
  • Producing a final technical report (methodological memory, results synthesis, qualitative analysis, recommendations, and annexes) in Catalan and English, delivered in both editable and designed formats.
  • Documenting the process through attendance lists, photographic records, presentations, and synthesized outputs of each session.

Required expertise includes regenerative tourism, regenerative design and living systems thinking, participatory facilitation, and proven experience in the co-creation of regenerative tourism experiences.

 

Budget and timeline

  • Total budget: 9,000 € (VAT included)
  • Deadline for submissions: 27 February 2026
  • Selection estimation notification: 9 March 2026
  • Final deliverables: 29 May 2026

  1. Organization presentation
  2. Methodological proposal
  3. CVs of the experts directly involved
  4. Evidence of similar or relevant previous work (especially in regenerative tourism or co-creation processes)
  5. Documentation of environmental and social criteria, where applicable
  6. Signed Declarations of Absence of Conflict of Interest (DACI)
  7. Financial offer with VAT breakdown

Offers will be evaluated based on methodological quality, team experience, economic proposal, and environmental and social responsibility criteria.
